I’m working full time, employer availing of TWSS which means that my gross pay is about quarter what it should be. Should I be working reduced hours to reflect this? They’re effectively being paid to employ me?
Revenue haven’t given guidance on the hours which should or shouldn’t be worked that’s between employer and employee but I do know a lot of other businesses are operating the scheme in the same way. Employees work normal hours and revenue subsidise? their salary to the employer.?
So yes the employer gets the benefit of the funding on the basis that their turnover / projected turnover is down 25%.?
