WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO COVERED HOLIDAYS IN JAN/FEB SO THEIR ARNWP IS HIGHER THAN REQUIRED TO WORK AS THEY ARE HOURLY AND HE HAS GONE BACK TO NORMAL HOURS.
WE DO NOT WISH TO PAY THE ARNWP TIER 1, AS IT IS HIGHER THAN THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS, CAN I PAY THE LOWER AMOUNT AND CLAIM THE 85% AS IT IS A LOW LEVEL EMPLOYEE?

WE OPERATE HOURLY PAY FOR OUR EMPLOYEES ? AS THEY WORKED THE BANK HOLIDAY THEY ARE ENTITLED TO HIGHER PAY NEXT WEEK, HOW CAN I PAY THE HIGHER GROSS PAY TO COVER THE BANK HOLIDAY WHEN THE ARNWP IS LOWER AS THERE WAS NO BANK HOLIDAY IN THAT PERIOD?
Q3 ? HOURLY STAFF ? ARE THE SUGGESTING THAT HOURLY STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED WORK MORE HOURS THAN THEIR AVERAGE IN JAN & FEB 2020? AS IF THEY DO IT REDUCES THE SUBSIDY?
Q4 ? STAFF MEMBER BY THEIR CHOICE REDUCED THE NUMBER OF WORKING DAYS ? IN JAN/FEB THEY WANTED TO WORK 5 DAYS ? THEY THEN REQUESTED TO ONLY WORK 3 DAYS ? SO THEIR ARNWP IS HIGHER THAN THE DAYS CURRENTLY WORKED BY THE EMPLOYEES CHOICE ? HOW DO I MANAGE THAT?
In relation to Q1 you can claim the subsidy and not top it up, or claim a part of the subsidy to match the salary you need to pay.
